WEEK
- Sunday - Worship, Pitstop (a quick Bible study after the first service for those on a two year reading journey through the Bible)
- Monday - Bible Survey (we spend a few weeks on each book of the Bible and are presently looking at Isaiah)
- Tuesday - Meetings, meetings, meetings (we use Tuesday for planning and reporting)
- Wednesday - Bible Study (right now we are in Acts), Confirmation Class
- Thursday - Living Lutheran (adult confirmation class), Charity Quilting, Fellowship Drop In Coffee, Bible Study
MONTH
- We celebrate Holy Communion on the first and third Sunday of the month.
- Our Youth and Young Adults meet on Sunday evening for fun and study usually two times a month.
- Our Lutheran Women Mission League meets once a month on Monday evening.
- Our Ladies Aid meets once a month on Monday evening.
- Our Elders, Committee and Board members meet once a month, generally on Tuesday evening.
- Our men meet two Saturday mornings a month to study and to share breakfast together.
SEASONAL
- We follow the traditional church calendar with its seasons:
Christmas - the twelve days of Christmas
Epiphany - the 8 weeks from the season of Christmas to the transfiguration of our Lord
Lent - the 6 weeks from Ash Wednesday to Easter
Easter - the 7 weeks from Easter Sunday to Pentecost Sunday
Pentecost - the many weeks from Pentecost Sunday to Advent.
There are many wonderful traditions tied into all of these seasons.
- In addition, our voting members meet four times a year to measure how well our present ministries are working as well as to discern new directions and new emphases for our life in Christ.
